This is a popular Korean sauce that is mildly sweet, savoury with a piquant flavour with hints of apple and garlic. Traditionally used in Korean BBQ Beef. It adds great flavours to grilled meat. You can also use this as a marinade, in stir-fry chicken or pork served with rice or noodles. Use ready-to-use sauce as a condiment over burgers and hot-dogs.
